Happy New Year!

Term 2 - ECO Council Meeting

Our first meeting of the new year was very productive.  Many great ideas were put forward as to how we can care for and maintain our beautiful school grounds.

We also had to decide where the perfect spot was to display our fantastic Green Flag for all to see!

Keep a look out for further pictures and information.

Our new ECO Council - 2023/24

During our first Eco Council meeting this year we decided to employ Litter Pickers from P4 - P7. We devised a rota that included these classes so that we can keep our beautiful school grounds in tiptop shape. This is going very well! Thanks everyone, it is good to work together.

Some of our Litter Pickers in action, we have been very busy.

We attended a prestigious award ceremony at Lisburn Island Centre, where we received the Green Flag for our school. Well done everyone!

Benjamin Henderson, P4C wins Eco Pupil of the Year!! We are absolutely thrilled for him!

As a school, we, at Lisburn Central are working hard to achieve Green Flag status. Below is some evidence of our amazing work. Why not check out our photographs!
